Otherwise I'll try to have another look at the deps shortly, but for now my priority is the scoper integration (#144, #31)

Update dependencies (#52)

Update some outdated dependencies. This commit includes:

- Adding a build for Symfony 3.x which can be used when Box is installed as a package dependency
- Adding `composer.lock` which is going to be necessary to ship Box in a PHAR and publish it
- Fix a small issue with the `box_dev.json` file which was not generated again properly when `box.json.dist` was changed
- Add a small script as well as a Makefile rule to generate the default stub which is different depending of the platform used
