Issue cover displayed in Newsstand

Baker will automatically set the Newsstand icon for the app to the cover of the most recently downloaded issue.

Please note that this cover is the same image file specified in the shelf JSON file (see Newsstand shelf JSON). It is not the image file contained in the HPub archive and specified in the book JSON file (see HPub specification).
