WIP : For the Reduce widget size & improve performance exploration, we wanted to explore the option of using ViteJs instead of Microbundle.
This Branches introduce Vite & update all dependencies to ensure rest of POC can be made from an up-to-date ecosytem.
Keeping the PR as a draft until we commit on a viable solution depending on the rest of the exploration.
