Slack app/bot to expand JIRA number of tickets to links. E.g. you write message in Slack that contains "XXX-123" it will be exapanded to "https://XXX.atlassian.net/browse/XXX-123" Implementation highly inspired by https://github.com/tonyvanriet/clj-slack-client
