Summary
First pass at migrating documentation from Indexer repo.
conduit.mdwas renamedREADME.mdand moved to the project root. The other documents were moved fromdocs/conduittodocs. Links have been updated.I didn't bring over the RFC documents. Maybe they can be adapted to document the different plugin types.
