What
Source Looker was removed from the Cloud registry in the update to version 0.2.8. However, version 0.2.7 remains listed in the Cloud catalog. One of our users alerted us to the fact that this version on Cloud is using a deprecated API. Initial investigation didn't catch an obvious reason why this connector shouldn't be on Cloud, so this PR re-enables it so users have access to the latest functioning version.

User Impact
The latest version of source Looker should be available for sync in Cloud.
