Parental Control

This is a work in progress

The add-on currently has no specific parental control options, and VRT NU does not provide any PG information we can use. However it is currently already possible to ensure children do not have access to all content offered by the add-on.

Create a children profile in Kodi

Simply create a children profile and disable everything you don't want them to find, including Add-on access.

Create favourites for channel or content

Add favourites for Ketnet Junior or Ketnet channels, or to specific programs you allow your children to watch.

This ensures that children can only access the VRT NU content through the favourites and never end up inside the Add-on.

Add a password on your Master profile

Then add a password on the Master profile so the children can not access the Master profile to access content they are not allowed to.
