Hub is an extended community with a big effort for improvement and bug fixing. Counting and evaluate all the PRs and Issues manually can be very exhausting and time-consuming.

Therefore, an automatic release drafter might make sense??

An automatic release drafter will allow to count and prioritize the contributions based on the labels automatically. Manual optimizations are always possible.
