Updates to the README that should be made as part of #85

Rendered 🖌 README 🎨

I didn't include any mention of the new token input since it's effectively an implementation detail. Users shouldn't need to do anything.

- Preinstalled versions of Python in the tools cache on GitHub-hosted runners

Merging this in. There are a few failing tests, but i talked to @maxim-lobanov and those all be fixed behind the scenes
