Scheduler - List of scheduled events is not properly refreshed #562

Steps:

Go to list of pipelines (create one if empty)
Click "schedule pipeline", Specify whatever you want, click OK
Switch Scheduler
The schedulled event is not there.
Click "Add new schedulling rule", "Cancel" -> as a result, schedulling rule previosly added appear.

Problem - scheduler table is not properly refreshed if the event is added from pipelines tab
