When I run certain pipelines, I got "connection to repository broke down" as t-sparql was executed.

screen shot 2014-09-14 at 10 26 32 am

To reproduce:

  1. Run in debug mode pipeline https://cuni-test1.comsode.eea.sk/unifiedviews/#!PipelineEdit/177 or https://cuni-test1.comsode.eea.sk/unifiedviews/#!PipelineEdit/179
  2. The pipeline fails in t-sparql after couple of minutes.

The pipeline processes cca 5000-10000 triples at maximum. Before the t-sparql, ~100 CSV files are loaded, converted to RDF by tabular and then t-sparql is launch to modify certain generated properties.

Reproduced 13.9. on test_cuni

Could be connected with the connection reset problem, #140

In detail, there is:

The pipeline is extracting data from 5 folders with 70-100 files in total. When one folder is removed, it can be processed normally. This is strange.

We don't know precise reason. It is probable that it could be related to
bugs I posted. If the problem persist in 2.8.0 sesame version, we will
reopen. For 2.7.13 - we resolved by not using HttpRepository, so that is
'wont fix'.

This is different bug, reported by Jakub earlier this day, I am working
since yesterday to hunt it down. Consult Jakub to create separate issue
and close this one.
