This is my personal keyboard layout I use for writing Modern English Fuþorc Runes based on Rune Revival. It is created with Kalamine. You can see how the layout looks in the layout.toml
file; the way Kalamine is laid out means it is visually readable / translatable to what keys are what characters.
Important
The Comma , key has been replaced with a Zero-width-joiner ZWJ; this can be placed inbetween runes to create bindrunes (in supported fonts). So, to create the ᚠᚠ bindrune, you would type f,f whilst using the runic keyboard layout.
To install the layouts, see the relevant section at Kalamine's docs. Download the relevant files from the releases page. (AHK for Windows; couldn't get KLC to build, Keylayout for MacOS, XKB Keymap or XKB Symbols for Linux-based distros, and JSon for Web).
If you do not wish to use this, then there is also the Runeboard by Rune Revival for Keyman.
These are the names I personally call the runes (and just a list of sounds) to make it easier to remember in a Modern English context, but also preserving some of the historical meanings.
