Sielo Open Beta 6 release

• Sielo have a new design with 11 themes included by default! Doosearch is
  also now set as the default home page thanks to aero15!
• Add a web inspector (with HTML/CSS viewver, JS console, and lot of other
  tools for web developpement).
• Sielo is now available in portable version for Windows.
• Fix closing tab issue!
• Fix updater to have shorter updates.
• Other minor optimizations.

Thanks to Lalla suggestions, which i'll try to implement as soon as possible.
Some of theme are coming in this new open beta.

• Update address completion. Now it shows multiple categories (Search, History,
  and other will come later like Bookmarks), ant it also shows title when available
  for history completion.
• Fix navigation tool bar. Now it's a real alternative to the floating button.
• Add possibility to load only theme's icon, and keep the vanilla system UI.
• Add contextual menu for selected text.
• Fix various bugs.
