Aim to create an algorithm to return an instrument containing source and sample.
Create a class to parse simple OFF NexusGeometry (pixel offsets only)

Add shape parsing for finite cylinder pixels
Create an instrument abstraction to allow future upgrade to instrument 2 (Level with above aims)
