Describe the feature request

Update the 'Selected Command' panel to allow the display of the Library sequences parameters.

I had an implementation that was working with this PR #1539

However we need to rework it and make is more reusable as it is tied very closely to the AMPCS Command Dictionary

Here is the working implementation that I want to redo:
