In addition to updating key dependencies Angular and Kendo UI, this PR also adds Syncpack to keep dependency versions aligned across packages. Two dependencies have been pinned to an earlier version to defer bigger updates for breaking changes:

idbhas an unresolved compatibility issue with TypeScript 5.4.5. It has been replaced with@tempfix/idbuntil that issue is resolved.
