Introduction

Shopify is a e-commerce website. E-commerce is the short name for ‘electronic commerce’.The fast and dramatic changes in information technology specially in last one decade has given new concept of marketing in which buyer and seller do not see each other face to face nor see the goods physically; the whole transaction is carried out with the help of online communication.

A modern e-commerce website which tries to provide you with the latest products. So one may ask that there are hundreds of websites in the market, so what is different in this.There is a catch in this my friend.
Gone were the days when you have to waste time in login,registering for the website and there are no such websites that will also provide you with the world's best digital products.Don't miss the golden opportunity to get access it all.

Django  Python  HTML  CSS  Javascipt BOOTSTRAP


💼   Testing

The first thing to do is to clone the repository:

$ git clone https://github.com/Lovekesh-GH/e-commerce.git
$ cd e-commerce
  • Create a virtual environment to install dependencies in and activate it:

      $ python3 -m venv venv
      $ source venv/bin/activate
  • Install the django using

    $ pip3 install django
  • Install all the dependencies using

    $ pip3 install -r requirements.txt
  • Run the migrations using the following commands

    $ python3 manage.py makemigrations
    $ python3 manage.py migrate
  • Run the Django server by

    $ python3 manage.py runserver

Note : In case you encounter errors during migrations, make sure that you have access rights to db.sqlite3 file. You can use the following command to rectify permission denied error

$ chown *username* db.sqlite3

Run the migrations again to continue.
