This will prevent CI failing from using deprecated actions.

@stevengj yo. Unsure who to contact, pinging you since you seem to be the maintainer. Does this look OK? It won't fix the CI failures, but it will automatically create PRs that will fix the CI failures once merged, so thought it could be useful. |
