added a model staff.py in pesuacademy/model/
added a page staff.py in pesuacademy/pages/
so basically im generating a dictionary of all the teachers with details scrapped from staff.pes.edu
it can be converted to .csv file also
i have left the function such that it can print in console for testing purpose as of now
