What does this PR do?

This PR:

  • Adds a cart show page
  • Displays order information on the page
  • Tests for information on the page
  • Adds empty_cart link and tests for it
  • Adds empty_cart functionality and tests for it
  • Changes "carts" to "cart" in routes, file names, and controller (per user stories)
