Adds FilterSpec and FilterSpecLog as replacements / alternatives to LogSmooth
FilterSpec and FilterSpecLog uses ApplyFilter to (optionally) avoid losing the highest and lowest frequencies when smoothing a spectrum. Default behaviour is method 3: min roughness (reflect and invert ends). Avoids the artefact seen at high freqs with LogSmooth.
