This PR updates the ui to take advantages of Android KitKat's new ui features.
Where necessary, it also fixes remaining ui layout bugs.
It also introduces a 'go to drone location' map button.
Long pressing on either the 'go to drone' or the 'go to user' location buttons will now activate auto pan on the drone or the user.

@arthurbenemann @jason4short what do you guys think about removing the Edit button from the flight action buttons group since it provides different functionality than the other action buttons?
Its entry in the navigation drawer will be visible by default, promoted to the same level as the Flight, and Settings navigation entries.

I was hoping to add in a control screen which was intended to live with the edit button.
We're gearing up for a new revision to the UI so let's let this guy stick around for now.
