update dronekit-android library.
updated to the latest version of the compat and support library.
Fix filter issues.
cleanup editor tools layout. editor tools now show the additional menus on first click. removed unused menus, and preferences.
fixed issue with takeoff waypoint not picking up the altitude of the survey mission.
