UI - Hide drone icon when not connected #497
Comments
People will complain about this, because it can be used to find the drone after a crash. But thinking about it, you just need to try a connection again to see the last drone location. |
Gotcha, Lets do a different graphic so it it's not confusing. Many of my crashes end with a dislodged battery. |
Or make the drone marker GREEN for when connected and RED when disconnected ? |
Sounds good. I will provide a new icon. |
@jason4short Is the new icon in the /res/ folder? |
Use "quad_disconnect" for loss of connection icon. It's in the res folder. On Dec 31, 2013, at 7:57 AM, Arthur Benemann [email protected] wrote:

Would it be possible to have a flashing green icon for when the UAV is connected but does not have GPS lock yet? To stop confusing people as to why the icon is flashing perhaps the satellite connectivity on the top bar can flash at the same rate so people make a logical connection? |
merged into #497 |
After disconnecting, hide the drone marker and remove path from the flight screen.
