It's very hard to adjust e.g. the desired altitude of a waypoint via the slider bars.
At least for me it's almost impossible to e.g. set the altitude of a waypoint to exactly 30m.

It would be good, if there were additional "Plus" / "Minus" buttons available that would increase / decrease the values by only one unit, in order to better set the desired altitude.

Yes, sounds good but i would prefer to doubletab and have a numeric input.
the +- symbols would get too small imho.

another question is the steprange if its about +- .. everytime just 1m?
it is also possible to fly 0,3m stable over ground. i think about using more hardware in the future, like sensors, optical flow control etc... therefore numeric input would be a good way!?

what do you think?

Agree. Numeric input would also be a great idea. With regards to the steprange: This could become an option to set. In the end it should be a simple interface taking care of the majority of common tasks. Everything beyond that should be hidden behind advanced options.

advanced options is a very good idea.. to find under the '3 dots' menu

@keyoss @chriselsen PR #1062 is adding a new widget that should fix the issues you are having with the current interface.
The look & feel of the widget is still in flux, so feel free to update the PR with your thoughts, and feedback.

i may sound like a dumb, but how can i catch the build#493 from travis? or here...?
iam not really used to both :)

the new widget looks good and it reads like it has all functionality for further needs.
great thanks!

@keyoss not dumb at all. We haven't configured travis to generate builds yet for the PRs (might be something to look into in the future).
You can either wait until @arthurbenemann releases another beta with the included changes, or I can generate a debug apk for you to test (same as last time :D ).

i always appreciate debug packs :)
finally i rooted my device and can support you with deeper logs..

i am fully aware that debug/beta packs should taken carefull as unexpected behavior may occour.

the only exception/option which i cant debug/test is follow me mode, i have no gps inside my device/tablet and need to wait to catch a reliable, precise and external gps.

i am happy to support DP and Pixhawk.

thanks again.

some strange behavior if you rotate the 'wheel'.. have a look at the video :)

in lower altitude i would like to have decimal inputs.. like 2.5m 15.5m everything 50m and up may be scaleable by 1m.

i dont know if its enough height... ;)
i just think about flying in the alps. there you hit 600m fast.

overall: a big and easy improvement!
