SA1027 intentionally ignores hard tabs appearing within string literals. If a line containing a string literal is commented out (using four slashes instead of two), SA1027 will start analyzing this line and replace any hard tabs within the string literal with spaces.

SA1027 should ignore any comment starting with four slashes.
