valid user on web gets this on android

user [email protected] is part of team rubicon. he can access the web (and I can ghost in as him as well fine). 127 logins on the web.

however on android he gets this error

• fix the wording up here... the message is a bit awkward
• Why can't he login? what can I do to reset?

My first thought is this shows when the email or password is wrong. At least that is my experience when I mistype my password.
If he's toggling the password visibility and it shows the same password he uses as for web login I'd need his credentials to know for sure as I don't save or send errors anywhere.
