Revert last four commits (Hugo doc) due to incorrect signoff

Revert the last four commits that implemented online documentation as they had an incorrect signoff: 6367f7f Readme update 1657eaa Documentation update 49986cf workflow removed a5c1023 Hugo document generation added.
