What needs to be done

Display version number next to Patient Name in the eCR library. The version number represents which eCR this is in the sequence of eCRs with the same set ID.

Why it needs to be done

This is a step towards grouping eCRs in the library by set ID.

Acceptance Criteria

  • If there are multiple eCRs with the same set ID, each eCR from that group will have a version number next to the patient name in the library

Desing Notes

Link to design in figma Note: ignore the dropdown aspect for this story, we just want the version indicator
