Differences:

  • No RC3, since we don't have enough nodes
  • EXP-1 in this pr is a blend between EXP 2 and 3 because we already have sepolia network running, and we don't have enough nodes for exp 2 and 3 as written.

I didn't know the otel collector had a dns name?

Edit: my bad, didn't see this was the internal net.
