What does the pull request do?

I just want to finish work started in #6003 and finally get this PR merged.

@Takoooooo I didn't merely delete the branch - I had made a mess of my entire fork, so I...cloned all my branches locally, and then deleted and recreated the entire fork.

Having been asked to PR the Arc shape separately prior to all that, I recreated my arc-shape branch and (IIUC) finished work on that, as seen at #6133 ...I'd planned to resume work on the ProgressRing after wrapping up the PR for the arc shape...I forgot I hadn't already done that, honestly. Not sure what's happened there...but in any case, how can I help get this back on track?

@Takoooooo So sorry for the late reply.

I don't have Telegram, no, and I'm hesitant to join on a phone( number?) that may or may not be on the brink of death...that said, I do use Discord (Splitwirez#0095), Steam (Splitwirez), and...I guess we could use Gitter (same GitHub account as here) if you don't have either of those two. (Discord is especially preferable, as it's the only one I generally remember have open at...pretty much all times)
