What does the pull request do?
Introduce DrawingContextHelper.RenderAsync method to render Avalonia Visuals into a Skia Canvas.
This method is async as ImmediateRenderer is going to be replaced with an asynchronous composition renderer for both this method and RenderTargetBitmap in the future.
