Overview
This PR implements a new installation process which should help and simplify a lot how to install this add-on.
It also adds an option to deploy new documentation manually from the Github Actions tab.

Details
An 'installer' interface is proposed in the
Edit > Preferences > Add-onmenu to allow the user to install python packages directly from blender.
