expressions for roles working

Description

Adds the ability to run expressions based on the users current party roles.

Use in layouts like this:

"hidden": ["roles", "bobes"],

This will hide the component if the user has the role 'bobes';

I agree that the function name should be changed to hasRole. Also, tests seem to be failing. 🫣
