Changes since v2.2.0:

  • Formalize the Boot Manager requirements
  • Require authenticated FMP capsules for firmware update
  • Deprecate spin tables for AArch64
  • Add conformance profile GUID for version 2.3
  • Remove ambiguities around the collation protocol
  • Bump UEFI, PSCI, SMCCC, BBR and dt-schema references versions
  • Move some footnotes around

  • PDFC.-.ebbr-v2.2.0.pdf.-.ebbr.pdf is an additional pdf comparison with v2.2.0 but with an EBBR version generated locally (hence the "-dirty") to remove the watermark for convenience.
