Describe the Issue

The current command shows the balance for gas token and one ERC20 based on the config.

The command could be simplified.

Don't use the config but hardcode public RPCs and all assets address. Easier to patch from the code a RPC link than running the command n times for each network.
From one EVM address, show the balance of all assets from all networks
