[BUG]: Sometimes the video takes about 5-10s to launch #4180
Comments
I'm seeing the same thing on my Nvidia Shield Pro 2019. Starting today, videos and thumbnails are loading very slowly or not at all. Everything is fine with my internet connection and local network. It's also hit and miss. Sometimes videos load right away, but more often then not I just get a black screen with a spinner attempting to watch a video. |

Checklist
Affected version
24.89
Device Type
Smart TV/Box
Affected Android
Shield TV Pro 2019
Steps to reproduce the bug
I won't be able to be precise on this bug since it is not systematic, it appears maybe 1 out of 10 videos launched.
Actual behavior
The screen is black and the animated circle is here, I have to wait about 5-10s to watch the video.
PS: My internet connection is really great (980Mbits/s download, 600Mbits/s upload), the Shield TV is not on the WiFi network (RJ45 Ethernet plugged), so it's not a network problem.
