This is just an example, I just clicked on a random article on their front page. This occurs on every Al Jazeera site which uses this header bar (including all articles) though.
Describe the issue
Al Jazeera articles have to header bar. I will call them "navigation bar" and "sub-header bar". The navigation bar is the one at the very top, the sub-header is the one below that. Normally, both are sticky. Web Annoyances Ultralist removes the sticky headers, but that doesn't apply to the sub-header. Because of that, the header looks broken when scrolling down.
Screenshot(s)
That's what it normally looks like (Web Annoyances Ultralist disabled)
Broken state with Web Annoyances Ultralist enabled
As you can see, the navigation bar is slightly enlarged for some reason. That's not a huge deal though.
The sub-header remains sticky, while the navigation bar does not.
Versions
Firefox 120
uBlock Origin 1.54
Settings
I enabled all of the filterlists that are available in the settings
Notes
I would investigate the uBlock Origin syntax code, but I'm not familiar with it, so I don't know what kind of further investigation to do.

Put a pull request on a much more active fork of this repository to fix this. Please redirect any problems you have on that fork. This repository is dead is outdated.
Also couldn't reproduce the enlarged header on my end. Could be a problem on your end if anything.
