Simple reservoir model
This simple reserovir model simulates regulated streamflow in a grid-based river network, given naturalized flow (RVIC routed flow). The model simulate reservoir operation at each dam based on:
- rule curve
- reservoir capacity
- reservoir bottom pool storage
- Minimum allowed release
- Maximum allowed release
