It would be nice to be able to customize the appearance of the HTML error page.
I mean the CSS style block (colors) and footer markup.

Can't you do it with https://github.com/yiisoft/error-handler/blob/master/src/Renderer/HtmlRenderer.php#L106?

No, I can't.
Look at this spiral-packages/yii-error-handler-bridge#7
We need to change all the template and copy the JS file when we want to just replace the color set and logo
