Eddy probe compatibility?

Has anyone gotten the 5m to work with an eddy sensor?

Alternatively, it says we can compile the BTT branch.

Don't think so, only the usb version might work. Unless you want to do some nasty soldering to get the I2C ports exposed on the MCU.

Yeah, I've got the USB version. Trying to avoid soldering, although I might have to at some point since the built in CPU is so slow / all the mcu timeout issues.
