I'm doing a new installation. I proved the device and in the app were working. Then process of setting up DHCP I blocked internet access for my new H7065 spots. Normal for my IoT devices. The app still controlled the spots (BT?). I received my API key and attempted to move forward. The HA integration installation appeared to go normal, but didn't work. I realized I hadn't turned on the LAN switch in the app settings, it didn't appear. I wondered if it was still needed or? You know how things change.
I allowed internet access for the lights, cycled the power, and the LAN switch magically appeared in the app! Once enabled, I then blocked the internet again, and it all still worked, proving it really is local.
HTH someone in the future.

Have you cleared the states tables in your firewall? I did the same thing and noticed that the lights are no longer working/controllable via "LAN" when they do not have access to the internet.
Not really an issue, just an FYI.
