NUM_WANN non-collinear calculation, no spin orbit coupling, need to multiply by 2?

I am calculating a non-collinear magnetic system, the magnetic moment of this system is non-collinear, vasp INCAR is set like this, LNONCOLLINEAR=T, LSORBIT=F, that is, SOC is not turned on, may I ask if NUM_WANN needs to be multiplied by 2 in this case?
