In general, any token that is:

  • ERC20-compatible
  • fungible

can be used as a means of payment for a market ("market coin").

With "fungible tokens", even though each asset is distinct (non-fungible), each of a quantity of a token is identical (fungible). This is essential to enable the market maker design of XBR.
