Hi, thanks for making a super-useful plugin!

For some of my projects, I prefer to work in a single large Markdown file rather than many small ones. I often find myself with several tabs open to the same file, zoomed into different sections. It can be hard to know which tab is which because their titles are all the same: the name of the file being worked on.

I'd love it if it were possible, when zooming into a header, to temporarily rename the tab title with the name of the header. (Or perhaps with the name of the header and the file, like "My Section - My File"). Then I would know which tab was which without having to guess.

Thanks for considering this request!
