Better Configuration documentation

When I try to install the Green Button Integration into Home assistant I get the followuing box.

There is not informationrregardin what is expected there that I have been able to find.

My Power company supports Green Button Downloads, but I can't even get to the point of trying to download it.

This extension hasn't worked for months, because of a python upgrade in Home Assistant. It's also likely that it doesn't work for every power company, because I only have access to the files that my own utility company generates. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to work on this anymore, so I can't make fixes.
