Seems like a umap-learn installation issue on your machine.

$ pip show umap-learn
Name: umap-learn
Version: 0.5.6
Summary: Uniform Manifold Approximation and Projection
Home-page: http://github.com/lmcinnes/umap
Author:
Author-email:
License: BSD
Location: /Users/Brian/dev/env/fo/lib/python3.9/site-packages
Requires: numba, numpy, pynndescent, scikit-learn, scipy, tqdm
Required-by:
from umap import UMAP
# success

This works for me as well:

import fiftyone as fo
import fiftyone.brain as fob
import fiftyone.zoo as foz

dataset = foz.load_zoo_dataset("quickstart")
fob.compute_visualization(dataset, brain_key="img_viz")
