Disable fetch report in experimental playwright

Summary

(I am tagging dvoytenko since I see he worked on this extensively, hope it is ok)

I am using the Experimental test mode for Playwright and it works very well. I would like an option to disable reporting for every route. I looked at the code but did not see anything. Have I missed it? If it is not easy to add, I can send in a PR, if it would be accepted. Thanks ☺️
