Current behavior

On Android and iOS, the background behind the ContentDialog doesn't change when it opens.

Expected behavior

By default, the background visually changes to indicate that we can't interact with it.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

  1. Launch the SamplesApp.iOS or SamplesApp.Droid project from the Uno.UI solution.
  2. Navigate to the ContentDialog samples.
  3. Open the ContentDialog_Simple sample.
  4. Click one of the buttons to open the dialog.
