Find all usage examples that are specific to XAML, including the Get Started pages on bootstrapping Toolkit and create a tabbed layout similar to the Uno Getting Started

Let's also be sure to update the docs as it makes sense so that we are clear that if you are using C# Markup you will want to install the Markup version of the package... We could also clarify that if you are using XAML install Uno.Toolkit.WinUI but if you are using C# Markup then install Uno.Toolkit.WinUI.Markup
